Do you have a digital edition of Venice magazine?
We do not have a digital edition of Venice magazine at this time. Please check periodically for updates.
Where do I find my subscription account number?
The subscription account number is an 18-dight number beginning with “114....” This number is found on the mailing label of every issue of your subscription.
How can I tell when my subscription is going to expire?
To find your expiration date, look above your name on your mailing label. You’ll find the month and year of expiration abbreviated. Your mailing label also contains other valuable information concerning your subscription. If you ever have a question or problem, be sure to include a current mailing label in your correspondence to us to ensure prompt attention and fast service. You can also renew your subscription at our Account Center.
When will my subscription begin?
Venice magazine is distributed monthly from November to March. If you subscribe during the off season, you may not receive an issue for several months. If you have additional questions about when your subscription will begin, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by calling toll free (800) 331-0911 (Monday-Friday 4 a.m.–9 p.m. EST, Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m.-3 p.m. EST).
I need to change my address.
You can change your address at our Account Center or by calling toll free(800) 331-0911 (Monday-Friday 4 a.m.–9 p.m. EST, Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m.-3 p.m. EST). Please provide the name on your subscription, the old address, the new address and (if you know) your subscriber account #. Note: The US Postal Service does not forward periodicals, so please notify us of the change of address in advance of your move so you don’t miss a single issue.
Why did I receive a renewal notice before my subscription has expired?
We do not want you to miss a single issue, so we send our first renewal notice in ample time for you to renew your subscription before it expires.
I’ve already requested a renewal. Why did I still receive a renewal notice?
If you sent us your renewal acknowledgement but still received a second renewal notice, most likely the timing of the response and the new letter was off. Simply ignore the second renewal notice. If you continue to receive notices, or if your subscription has lapsed, please call toll free(800) 331-0911 (Monday-Friday 4 a.m.–9 p.m. EST, Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m.-3 p.m. EST).
What if an issue does not arrive?
We only publish Venice monthly from November to March. If an issue is missing or over two weeks late–due to error or postal delivery problems–call toll free(800) 331-0911 (Monday-Friday 4 a.m.–9 p.m. EST, Saturday and Sunday 6 a.m.-3 p.m. EST) and we’ll replace the missing issue.
